PADMA AG endeavours to make its website www.padma.ch accessible in accordance with national legislation and to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The technical requirements for accessibility are derived from the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0.
This digital accessibility statement applies to the website of PADMA AG.

PADMA continuously reviews the technical possibilities and strives to improve accessibility both technically and visually. To this end, we regularly check our website for accessibility. Whenever possible, we use simple and understandable language.

How accessible is the website?

This website is partially accessible. It partially meets the requirements of the BITV Barrierefreie Informationstechnikverordnung 2.0 (German Accessibility Guidelines for Information Technology).

Which content is not accessible?

  • Contrast: Sufficient contrast between foreground and background colours is not ensured throughout.
  • Screen reader compatibility: Not all images have an image description (ALT text) or sufficient informative ALT text.
  • Comprehensible language: Certain legal requirements and topics prevent the use of comprehensible language, as the wording is prescribed.
  • Usability of forms: Individual forms may not be accessible.
  • Videos: These are not accessible and some are not subtitled.
  • Widgets: These are small interactive elements that display information or functions of an application without having to open the entire application. Certain integrated widgets come from third-party providers and are not necessarily accessible.
