Mail order sales of medicinal products are not permitted in Switzerland. A personal specialist consultation is mandatory. Therefore, we are not allowed to offer PADMA 28N, PADMA DIGESTIN and PADMA LAX in our shop. Please ask for advice at a pharmacy or drugstore. There you can also buy the three products without prescription.

We ship all orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of shipping costs if you reach the order value of 70 CHF. Otherwise, CHF 7.90 incl. VAT will be charged. shipping costs.
The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days from your order.
Your order will be made ready for dispatch by us and usually delivered by Swiss Post.

If you wish to return your order, you have the option to do so for 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will find the return form as a PDF attached to the PADMA order confirmation email. Please fill out the return form. We then ask you to place a printout of the completed returns form in the returns package; this procedure is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation. However, it is helpful if we receive the return form so that we can allocate the return to you and transfer the refund to you. You will find the returns address on the returns form. As a company, we cannot bear the costs for the return shipment and ask for your understanding.
