How do I place an order?
In the PADMA online shop, select the PADMA products you would like to order under Products. Simply click on the desired product, select the required quantity and click “Add to shopping cart”. If you click on “Show shopping cart” in the next step, you will be taken to your shopping cart. Do you need help with your order? Then please contact us by email at [email protected]
Why can’t I buy all products online?
Mail order sales of medicinal products are not permitted in Switzerland. A personal specialist consultation is mandatory. Therefore, we are not allowed to offer PADMA 28N PADMA LAX in our shop. Please ask for advice at a pharmacy or drugstore. There you can also buy the two products without prescription.
Which countries does PADMA deliver to?
We only ship the products of this PADMA online shop in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you are looking for information on PADMA products outside of Switzerland, you can find more details at: Distribution
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship all orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of shipping costs if you reach the order value of 70 CHF. Otherwise, CHF 8.50 incl. VAT shipping costs, will be charged.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days from your order.
Please note that orders placed on weekends (from Friday 12:00 noon) and on public holidays will only be processes on the following working day and therefore this order will have a longer delivery time.
How will my delivery be sent?
Your order will be made ready for dispatch by us and usually delivered by Swiss Post.
What payment options do I have to choose from?
The following payment methods are available in our PADMA online shop: Paypal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard) and TWINT.
Can I return my order?
If you wish to return your order, you have the option to do so for 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will find the return form as a PDF attached to the PADMA order confirmation email. Please fill out the return form. We then ask you to place a printout of the completed returns form in the returns package; this procedure is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation. However, it is helpful if we receive the return form so that we can allocate the return to you and transfer the refund to you. You will find the returns address on the returns form. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our instructions of withdrawal.
Who bears the costs of a return?
As a company, we cannot bear the costs for the return shipment and ask for your understanding.
How can I update my data in my account?
Please log in to the PADMA Online Shop with your user name and password. Then click on the menu item u0022My accountu0022, here you can update all your account data.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
It is a pity that you no longer wish to receive information about our products and promotions in the future. However, a cancellation / revocation is your right. You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. Furthermore, you can object to the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes at any time by sending an informal e-mail without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
No problem! Simply click on u0022Forgotten passwordu0022 in the menu item u0022My accountu0022. You will then be asked to enter your email address. We will send you a link by email – just follow the instructions in the email and you will have created a new password in no time.
