PADMA VENABEN is a dietary supplement containing 12 plants and minerals, raw cane sugar and vitamin C that helps promote normal blood vessel function*.

PADMA VENABEN is based on the formula “Se ‘bru Kunbde” (pronounced: “sen du kunde”) from the Tibetan constitutional doctrine.

From a Tibetan perspective, the formula supports the veins by eliminating Beken accumulations and relieving congestions.

In the Tibetan constitutional doctrine, Beken manifests itself in the elements water and earth (solid and liquid matter).
From a scientific point of view, vitamin C contributes to a normal function of the blood vessels.

Worth knowing

Veins are blood vessels that sometimes need help

When it comes to blood vessels, one speaks of arteries and veins. The arteries carry the blood from the heart to the organs and limbs, the veins carry it back to the heart.

Both arteries and veins need the structuring substance collagen so that the vessel walls remain stable and elastic and can fulfil their normal function.

Contrary to arteries, venous blood transport is passive. This means that as a result of the work and contraction of the large muscle groups, e.g. the calf muscles, the veins are compressed and the blood is transported towards the heart.

The venous valves perform a valve function that prevents the blood from flowing in the wrong direction.

The veins in the legs, in particular, have a difficult task to perform as they have to transport the blood back to the heart, countering the force of gravity.

Sometimes a little help is needed to stimulate venous blood flow in the legs. If you want to stimulate your venous blood flow, you need to get enough exercise, adopt a healthy diet and avoid strong sources of heat. Massages can also be helpful because they stimulate the blood circulation of the skin.

Especially when your legs feel heavy, tired or bloated, you should adapt your lifestyle. In addition, PADMA VENABEN can be taken as a supportive treatment.

The Tibetan perspective

The five elements air, fire, water, earth and space form the foundation of the Tibetan constitutional doctrine.

The elements manifest themselves in the human body through the following three dynamic principles: Lung, Tripa und Beken.

Lung stands for the element air and the moving principle.

Tripa embodies the element fire and is the warming principle.

Beken consists of the elements water and earth and reflects the stabilizing and cooling aspect in the organism.

The Tibetan recipe has a harmonizing effect on the cold Lung and the heavy Beken, and activates “kang Jung” (lightness of the legs).

The slightly sharp and astringent components, such as oak bark and long pepper, channel out an excess of Beken and ensure a “lightness of the legs”.

Tired and heavy legs feel revitalized and lighter.
