Take 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules after dinner, preferably with plenty of hot water.
A daily dose (4 capsules) contains 72 mg of magnesium. This corresponds to 19% of the recommended daily intake (RDI).
PADMA COGNIBEN
Take up to 4 capsules daily as needed, preferably with plenty of water.
One daily dose (4 capsules) contains 9.2 mg iron. This corresponds to 64% of the daily recommended intake (RDI).
